What you will do

• Analyze and improve support processes including verification, first-line support, and incident management
• Collect and document requirements, translating them into system specifications and user stories
• Design and optimize automation flows, SLAs, and escalation rules
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams to deliver solutions
• Track KPIs and ensure automation delivers measurable impact

Requirements

• 3+ years as Business or System Analyst
• Experience with support or incident management systems
• Strong process mapping, requirements analysis, and documentation skills
• Good technical understanding of integrations including APIs and workflows
• Highly proactive, strong stakeholder management, communication, and time management
• Upper-Intermediate English
