What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding for new customers, managing ERP integration, ETL processes, and data transformations.
• Install and configure hirify.global software components, interfaces, and SQL databases.
• Act as a technical advisor for customer-side IT stakeholders regarding system integrations.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues collaboratively with customers and internal teams.
• Improve onboarding processes by creating documentation and best practice guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Service Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or Technical Consultant in ERP or SaaS environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including query writing and database administration.
• Experience with ERP systems and ETL tools/methodologies.
• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Legal right to work in Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux or macOS.
