TL;DR
Senior Accountant / Financial Controller: Take full ownership of accounting for Group AB, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and scalable financial processes with an accent on bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, and internal controls. Focus on acting as ERP superuser, managing corporate banking, and supporting subsidiaries with month-end closing and cash flow planning.
Location: Hybrid at Stockholm HQ, Sweden

What you will do
- Handle ongoing bookkeeping and monthly reconciliation/analysis for the parent company
- Serve as superuser for ERP system (Dynamics) centrally and for markets
- Administer corporate bank accounts centrally and for markets
- Manage expense reporting and act as main Finance contact for HR
- Contribute to group cash flow planning and support business controllers with calculations
- Assist markets with processes, month-end closing, and review reporting in consolidation system (AARO)
- Implement and maintain internal controls
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- At least 3-4 years of accounting experience in a global company
- Experience in end-to-end balance sheet review and account validation for a full entity
- Analytical experience and skills
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics
- University degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Flexible, solution-oriented mindset with good structure
