What you will do

• Build and operate a secure enterprise-grade agentic engineering platform across the Microsoft AI Stack (M365 and Azure).
• Establish reusable platform capabilities, including standardized development environments and secure identity/networking patterns.
• Enable internal teams to deliver and scale agentic AI solutions using Microsoft AI Foundry, Fabric, and Power Platform.
• Define and optimize the lifecycle for building and deploying AI solutions across low-code and pro-code setups.
• Contribute to Microsoft-aligned roadmap discussions and Foundry IQ sessions.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in platform, application, or AI/ML engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Strong DevOps/MLOps skills, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated monitoring/alerting.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Zurich, Switzerland.
