What you will do

• Drive 1LOD risk management and uphold KYC standards in alignment with FINMA regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee Legal & Compliance case management, ensuring documentation accuracy and deadline adherence.
• Provide senior-level guidance to Relationship Managers on KYC, due diligence, and account opening procedures.
• Liaise with internal Compliance and NTCR teams to facilitate regulatory decision-making and collaboration.
• Lead internal training programs on compliance, fraud prevention, and risk awareness for the 1LOD.
• Act as a senior ambassador for the Latam and South African teams on regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably a law degree with further specialization in Compliance.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar compliance role.
• Fluent in English and German; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Robust risk management mindset and strong knowledge of core compliance topics.
• Specific market knowledge with a focus on Latin America.
• Experience in supporting business growth while managing sensitive client relationship risks.
