TL;DR
Customer Service Coordinator (Legaltech): Providing strategic support to key customers in the corporate and registered agent industry with an accent on operational optimization and complex problem solving. Focus on managing 50-state filings, optimizing customer engagement, and coordinating high-priority onboarding projects.
Location: Hybrid (USA). Must be based in the US and located within 50 miles of a company office to attend 8 days per month.
Salary: $40,500 - $69,150 USD

What you will do
- Provide strategic support and collaboration to corporate team members across various departments.
- Manage complex onboarding processes and act as the primary point of contact for high-priority customers.
- Execute corporate filings including articles of incorporation, amendments, mergers, and dissolutions across 50 states.
- Handle the end-to-end order process from initial client inquiry through processing and invoicing.
- Troubleshoot specialized issues and resolve non-standard customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Educate and promote services such as Registered Agent Services, FEIN services, and annual report services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of exclusive experience in the corporate and registered agent industry, or similar experience in a law firm or CPA firm.
- Fluent knowledge of 50-state filing requirements and corporate document retrievals.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM system management and high-impact communication skills.
- Must be based in the USA and able to commute to a local office 8 days a month.
- Ability to work Pacific Time zone shifts (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM PT).
