What you will do

• Design, prototype, and ship advanced agent capabilities like planning/reasoning, agent memory, skills creator & discovery, and LLM/SLM post-training with end-to-end ownership.
• Drive research-to-production impact by identifying high-leverage problems and partnering with engineering and product teams for scalable improvements.
• Own scientific quality by defining evaluation strategies for agent behavior, reasoning, grounding, and safety; diagnose failures and implement data-driven fixes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Statistics, Econometrics, CS, EE/CE or related + 3+ years experience, OR Master’s + 4+ years, OR Doctorate + 3+ years, or equivalent.
• Strong algorithmic and modeling skills with solid problem-solving.
• Academic background in RL, agents, or search systems preferred.
• Expertise in multi-turn agent orchestration, memory/context management, long-horizon tasks, LLM post-training a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional environments.
