Location: Adelaide, Australia (Must be based in Adelaide)

What you will do

  • Provide administrative assistance to the P&C team, including scheduling, mailbox monitoring, and task allocation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and the HRIS (Workday) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate employment-related letters and manage P&C documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and execute P&C processes including recruitment, onboarding, annual salary reviews, and off-boarding.
  • Generate and distribute regular P&C reports, providing metrics, analysis, and insights on employee data.
  • Support compliance activities and audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role working with multiple systems and highly confidential data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to merge data, create calculations, and develop insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and professional document creation.
  • Experience using a HRIS, preferably Workday or a similar system.
  • Qualifications in Business Administration or relevant professional experience.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to baseline level.
