What you will do
- Own the full hiring lifecycle from briefing to offer for mid-to-senior engineering roles.
- Collaborate with engineering managers to define role criteria, scope roles, and align on priorities.
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies including talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing pipeline health reports and market insights.
- Optimize recruitment workflows and ensure full ATS compliance for transparency and efficiency.
- Mentor junior Talent Partners on sourcing techniques and interviewing best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience in high-growth tech or digital environments.
- Proven track record recruiting for software development, DevOps, data, and product engineering roles.
- Expertise in advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping techniques.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence mid-to-senior hiring managers.
- Experience developing employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience embedded directly within a product or engineering organization.
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Experience working in startup or scale-up environments.
- Understanding of software development workflows and technical skill sets.
