What you will do

• Source top-tier commercial talent across APAC and South East Asia.
• Write and send compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
• Screen CVs, conduct introductory calls, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and global teams.
• Maintain and update the ATS (Lever) and support scheduling and administration.
• Contribute to employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in sourcing across various functions and building strong pipelines.
• Skill in scheduling interviews and managing global calendars.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Must be located in Sydney for on-site work.
