What you will do
- Source top-tier commercial talent across APAC and South East Asia.
- Write and send compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
- Screen CVs, conduct introductory calls, and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and global teams.
- Maintain and update the ATS (Lever) and support scheduling and administration.
- Contribute to employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in sourcing across various functions and building strong pipelines.
- Skill in scheduling interviews and managing global calendars.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
- Must be located in Sydney for on-site work.

- Skills Interview (45 mins) with the Global Head of Talent.
