What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters based in Australia and Japan.
• Partner with the APJ Leadership team to ensure regional vision is reflected in recruiting best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Operations, Finance, and HR to achieve hiring goals.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive strategy, communicate progress, and identify risks.
• Implement AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency in hiring practices.
• Monitor and communicate market intelligence regarding the competitive talent landscape in the APJ region.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters.
• Proven track record in GTM (Go-To-Market) recruiting.
• Strong operational rigor and data fluency for forecasting and performance management.
• High EQ with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating within a global ecosystem to support overarching CRO strategies.
