hirify.global is developing a critical payment infrastructure backbone to support payment operations for individuals and businesses across diverse channels.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, responsive, and reliable backend services in Go.
• Participate in the architecture and development of a complex payment system from scratch.
• Ensure high levels of data integrity and fault tolerance for financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement product features.
• Integrate the platform with internal services and external international payment networks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Strong proven knowledge of Go.
• Experience crafting robust, high-scale distributed systems in production environments.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Knowledge of REST and gRPC.
• English: B1 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
• Location: Must be able to work within GMT-0 to GMT+5 time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, EKS, and MongoDB.
