What you will do

• Manage and coordinate the technical workload for hospitality projects across Europe and Africa.
• Conduct site inspections and attend design meetings as the primary representative of the company.
• Prepare and present detailed technical reports and presentations following established procedures.
• Perform design reviews with increasing autonomy within a structured organizational framework.
• Support business development by participating in client meetings and developing proposals.

Requirements

• Technical degree in any Engineering specialty.
• English: C1 proficiency (excellent writing and public speaking skills).
• Italian: Required.
• Willingness to travel extensively (over 50%).
• Ability to work independently and manage project expectations under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in site inspection, code consulting, or fire suppression/alarm system design.
• Previous experience within the hospitality sector.
• Chartered Engineer or PE certification.
• Additional European language skills (e.g., German or French).
