What you will do

• Shape technical architecture for agentic systems and implement two-way workflows between humans, agents, and internal systems.
• Build and orchestrate logic using Zapier + code, n8n, APIs, and event-driven architectures for a unified entry-point experience.
• Evolve prototypes into production-ready systems, assessing feasibility, trade-offs, and reliability.
• Establish patterns for observability, safe failure, trust models, and escalation in agentic workflows.
• Work hands-on with LLMs, prompts, RAG, and tools to ensure correctness, clarity, and human accountability.
• Document standards and patterns for AI-augmented systems and integrate evolving tools/frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience building/integrating AI/LLM-powered systems emphasizing reliability, validation, and safe failure.
• Proven track record taking systems from prototype to production, including architecture and scalability.
• Strong backend experience with APIs, event-driven systems, and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with orchestration tools (Zapier + code, n8n, Temporal, Airflow) and custom extensions.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills for backend services, integrations, and workflow support.
• Comfort in ambiguous environments, taking ownership, and collaborating with stakeholders.
