What you will do

  • Own the B2B roadmap, prioritizing features for measurable ROI.
  • Partner with Sales to address customer pain points and support sales motion.
  • Drive product strategy, defining what and why to build for scalability.
  • Conduct discovery with stakeholders and partners to validate features.
  • Enhance brand experience with campaign tools, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Lead cross-functional pod of engineers and designers in agile environment.
  • Leverage AI/ML for campaign optimization and matching.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Product Management in B2B/SaaS.
  • Proven ownership of product roadmap from conception to launch, ideally 0-to-1.
  • Experience aligning with Sales on commercial feedback and revenue.
  • Analytical skills to identify friction and opportunities via data.
  • Understanding of B2B needs: reliability, reporting, value demonstration.
  • Ability to ship MVPs quickly while ensuring scalability.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or lead generation platforms.
