What you will do

• Craft scalable and intuitive APIs to deploy new products and services rapidly.
• Write Engineering Requirement Documents to guide projects from idea to implementation and evaluation.
• Build comprehensive test suites and integrate product analytics to ensure performance and measure feature success.
• Develop high-impact features like public APIs for millions of messages, query languages on Postgres/OpenSearch, and custom domain URL shorteners.

Requirements

• Fluency in written English required; spoken English a plus.
• Strong understanding of web API architecture for high-quality, well-documented APIs.
• Desire to participate in full project lifecycle: research, planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Great written and verbal communication skills for asynchronous collaboration.
• Ability to commit to 2-week full-time paid work trial.
• Availability for team meetings at 2:30 pm GMT on Mon, Wed, Fri regardless of timezone.
