What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG for Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance domains.
- Define governance processes, data models, and workflows based on analyzed business requirements.
- Configure MDG frameworks, including data modeling, UI, BRF+ rules, validations, and replication.
- Develop custom objects and enhancements using ABAP, including user exits and BAdIs.
- Build and support interfaces via SOA, ALE, and web services for master data distribution.
- Ensure system compliance with regulatory requirements, specifically GxP and life sciences standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 8 years specifically focused on SAP MDG in techno-functional roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with ABAP development (BAdIs, BRF+, OData).
- Deep understanding of MDG data models, workflow configuration, and replication frameworks.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration for master data domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in the life sciences industry (e.g., GxP).
