TL;DR

Focus on building cross-functional processes from scratch, developing customer-impact analytics, and establishing a full post-incident lifecycle to prevent systemic outages.

Location: Hybrid in Mexico (Relocation support provided)

What you will do

  • Establish a company-wide incident management standard for detection, escalation, and resolution across all product verticals.
  • Own end-to-end customer communication during incidents via in-app notifications, push, email, and support scripts.
  • Design a structured and automated compensation framework for customers based on incident severity and impact.
  • Develop dashboards and early-warning metrics to quantify downtime in terms of lost transactions, churn, and NPS.
  • Lead blameless retrospectives and translate insights into product and engineering improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product or incident management within fintech, neobanks, or payments.
  • Proven track record of building cross-functional processes from scratch across multiple independent teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data-driven process improvement.
  • Familiarity with reading observability and alerting tools from a business perspective.
  • Fluent English proficiency for presenting to leadership and writing internal standards.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mexico.
