What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs on operational excellence, process improvement, change management, and operations.
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements.
• Draft realistic operational scenarios based on direct professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from perspectives like operations consultant, client, team leader, or process owner.
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated operational content.

Requirements

• Senior-level operations expert with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Skilled at evaluating workflows, technical requirements, and compliance.
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability.
