What you will do

• Optimize Firefox development workflows to minimize debugging time and enhance automation.
• Develop and maintain internal tools and services to enable developer productivity.
• Mentor team members and provide technical direction through code reviews.
• Analyze workflow data and build dashboards to track and improve performance trends.
• Collaborate with a geographically distributed engineering team.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Python and building services (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and frontend development.
• Experience with Cloud Services (GCP, AWS) and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
• Must be based in Germany.
