What you will do

• Design and deploy automated market-making algorithms for sports betting markets to optimize revenue and risk.
• Manage day-to-day operations and execution of the algorithmic trading team to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Build and maintain statistical forecasting models for sports outcomes using real-time data feeds and market signals.
• Manage order flow and position risk across thousands of simultaneous markets to maintain +EV positions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance trading infrastructure, reduce latency, and improve system reliability.
• Monitor P&L and define risk optimization strategies to maximize capital utilization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quantitative or algorithmic trading experience, preferably in sports betting, derivatives, or market-making.
• Demonstrated track record of positive P&L through systematic trading strategies.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or Golang for production trading systems.
• Deep knowledge of sports betting markets, handicapping, and predictive modeling for sports outcomes.
• Experience building statistical models and applying machine learning techniques to forecasting.
• Must be based in the USA to support hybrid work in Jersey City.
