What you will do

• Evaluate, select, and integrate a dedicated editorial tool in collaboration with the Pipeline team.
• Ingest editorial files from clients into Flow Production Tracking and align audio iterations.
• Track and manage a volume of up to 1,500 shots throughout the production year.
• Investigate and resolve frame and length discrepancies directly with the client to protect the production floor.
• Ensure the studio is always working from the most accurate and up-to-date cut.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Production Editor or Editorial Coordinator in episodic animation or VFX.
• Strong technical understanding of the connection between editorial and CG pipelines.
• Deep working knowledge of Flow Production Tracking (formerly ShotGrid).
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with prestige clients.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with standard editorial and review tools such as Premiere, Avid, Hiero, Nuke Studio, or RV.
