What you will do

• Gather functional requirements, develop technical specifications, and plan projects and tests.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions on Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and APIs.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems with AWS services like Lambda, SQS, S3 via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Integrate AI technologies (Agentforce, Claude, OpenAI) with Human Intelligence to address business challenges.
• Contribute hands-on (80-95% coding) across SDLC phases, mentor engineers, and lead technical design.
• Drive ecosystem and platform strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and support execution teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years architecting SAAS offerings, hands-on coding (50% time).
• B.Tech/M.Tech in computer science or equivalent.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with Apex, LWC, Aura Components.
• OOP proficiency (Java, C#, Python or similar), REST/SOAP APIs.
• AWS familiarity (Lambda, S3, SQS, etc.), data engineering concepts.
• AI/ML exposure, SDLC/Agile/Scrum, unit testing/TDD.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, self-starter attitude.
