Location: Must be based in the Ohio Valley (US). Remote work is available, with 25-50% annual travel required.

Compensation: $220,000–$240,000 OTE

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical expert and trusted advisor for the hirify.global Platform for global enterprises.
• Drive customer adoption through technical onboarding, training, and designing customized use cases.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical obstacles to maximize customer ROI and sustain platform adoption.
• Collaborate with Development teams to advocate for the customer's voice and influence the product roadmap.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate progress and identify expansion opportunities.
• Mentor team members and participate in the technical interviewing process.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Ohio Valley region).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies, including cloud networking, IAM, and compute assets.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python.
• Demonstrated expertise in DLP, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management.
• Proven track record in a technical customer-facing role within a software company, owning renewals and expansions.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading executive-level meetings and technical workshops.
