TL;DR
Technical Quality Specialist (AI): Troubleshooting complex bugs for the Weave platform to bridge the gap between AI capabilities and creative skill with an accent on diagnosing sophisticated technical issues and improving end-to-end user experiences. Focus on collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to report bugs, advocate for fixes, and develop technical documentation.
Location: London, United Kingdom. Required to attend in-person onboarding.

What you will do
- Diagnose sophisticated bugs in Weave products for a diverse user base ranging from designers to developers.
- Manage complex customer inquiries via email and forums, owning technical problems through to resolution.
- Troubleshoot, communicate, and report critical bugs effectively to Engineering teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority technical issues, coordinating between customers, Product, and Engineering.
- Recommend improvements for internal tooling and processes to enhance bug diagnosis and management.
- Develop technical documentation and training materials as a subject matter expert for the Product Support team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in QA or Support for a technical SaaS product.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and debugging across multiple platforms.
- Consultative communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Resilience and adaptability when navigating ambiguous environments and organizational change.
- Must be available to attend in-person onboarding in London.
