What you will do

• Develop test strategies, plans, and cases for MIS systems, features, and integrations.
• Perform manual, functional, regression, integration, performance testing, and specialized AI/LLM evaluation.
• Design and maintain automated test scripts to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Manage defects: identify, document, track, analyze root causes, and collaborate on resolutions.
• Test cross-platform integrations and end-to-end business processes.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and participate in agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in software QA with manual and automated testing on SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks, SOQL/SQL/Java/Python, Postman, Jira.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), database testing, AI/LLM testing.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, and self-motivation.

• Copado Robotic Testing experience.
• UiPath or Work-Relay familiarity.
