What you will do

• Lead translational and precision medicine studies, integrating pharmacodynamics, bioinformatics, and bioanalytical analyses into development programs.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for specific disease indications within the Global Rare Diseases clinical development unit.
• Design and implement feasibility and exploratory studies in humans to validate new technologies for translational assets.
• Develop and validate biomarkers for clinical endpoints and patient stratification using high-throughput molecular data.
• Generate new scientific hypotheses by employing data science and computational biology approaches on diverse datasets.
• Establish and maintain strategic collaborations with scientific leaders, KOLs, and academic partners.

Requirements

• MD or PhD in biomedical science (PharmD or Master's Degree with extensive relevant experience may be considered).
• 5+ years of industry experience in clinical development or translational research.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven expertise in rare diseases or advanced therapeutics is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
