What you will do

• Lead the migration of ad exchange workloads from EC2 to a modern Amazon EKS architecture.
• Execute AWS account separation into isolated Dev, Staging, and Prod environments.
• Design and maintain DRY infrastructure using Terraform and Atmos.
• Operate multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms focusing on namespace isolation and RBAC.
• Optimize CI/CD deployments using ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
• Mentor engineers as a subject matter expert on troubleshooting and architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE, specializing in high-scale EKS environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Terraform and Atmos for multi-account configurations.
• Proven track record of migrating complex workloads from EC2 to EKS.
• Deep experience with AWS Organizations and Landing Zone patterns.
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes-native networking.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, or Bash for automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Argo Rollouts for Canary/Blue-Green deployments.
• FinOps experience with KubeCost and cost allocation strategies.
• Knowledge of Policy as Code using OPA or Kyverno.
• Background in AdTech, Gaming, or Fintech industries.
• AWS Solutions Architect (Pro) or CKA certifications.
