Location: Hybrid (BGC, Philippines). Requires presence in the office at least one day a week. Working hours: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT.

What you will do

• Manage the technology stack including Salesforce, telephony tools, and marketing automation tools.
• Configure and stabilize integrations between proprietary systems and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Develop advanced functionality leveraging Apex coding, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement AI integrations using Salesforce Einstein, Data Cloud, RAG models, and external AI services.
• Review and analyze operational processes to identify pain points and implement efficiency enhancements.
• Build and automate reporting for account management and operations leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, and XML.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using AWS, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or Change Data Capture.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Salesforce Certified Administrator credential or equivalent.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work from the BGC office at least one day a week.
• Must be available to work the 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT shift.

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Conversation Insights, or AgentForce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with telephony systems, including IVR setup and CRM integrations.
