TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for partners during the technical integration and onboarding phase.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by partners to ensure timely solutions.
  • Bridge communication between external partners and internal engineering teams to align on requirements.
  • Optimize integration and operational workflows to enhance speed and quality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Support various operational initiatives, including ad hoc analysis and QA testing for system updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Basic understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and basic database concepts.
  • Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, log analysis, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Must be located in Taguig City, Metro Manila for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or similar tech-driven industries.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Prior experience in technical support, operations, or integration roles.
