What you will do

• Develop and execute VIP event strategies for major sports tentpoles and bespoke premium activations.
• Recommend innovative event concepts based on VIP strategy and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with the Talent team on contracting, scheduling, and activation planning.
• Manage VIP talent logistics and hospitality to ensure white-glove service delivery.
• Strategize opportunities for talent to elevate experiences via meet-and-greets and live content.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, event vendors, and hospitality partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event strategy and execution for VIP or luxury high-value customer programs.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to deliver premium, customer-centric experiences.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Must be based in the United States.
