Location: Fully onsite in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

Salary: €36K – €46K

What you will do

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate competitor products to benchmark functionalities and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance features based on data.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate new functionalities and improve engagement.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in user flows and product performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Lisbon for a fully onsite role.
