What you will do

• Convert 5-10 fresh leads daily from multiple marketing channels including LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
• Manage and re-engage a database of 2,000+ aged prospects
• Perform outbound phone calls and email follow-ups to convert leads into paying customers
• Sell intro offers and packages for wellness services like saunas, red light therapy, and PEMF
• Track leads and sales activities using CRM software

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills for phone and email sales
• Experience with CRM software and outbound phone sales
• Ability to learn complex wellness and fitness concepts quickly
• Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
• Commitment to long-term employment

Nice to have

• Spanish/English bilingualism (especially Colombian candidates)
