What you will do

  • Manage the entire development lifecycle for the Performance Trail category, from initial chirify.globalcept to productihirify.global and commercializatihirify.global.
  • Serve as a technical advisor during briefing and design phases to align trail chirify.globalcepts with performance metrics and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Facilitate technical communicatihirify.global and alignment between Zurich-based teams and sourcing partners in Asia.
  • Provide expert recommendatihirify.globals hirify.global specialized trail materials, high-tractihirify.global compounds, and technical tooling.
  • Validate prototypes in collaboratihirify.global with testing teams and biomechanics experts to solve complex off-road challenges.
  • Partner with the innovatihirify.global team to bring new trail-specific technologies and Swiss Engineering breakthroughs to market.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in the footwear industry, specifically within high-performance running/trail or technical outdoor sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge of the trail running industry and the ability to translate athlete needs into technical solutihirify.globals.
  • Proven expertise in the end-to-end product development process, including prototyping and sampling management.
  • Strhirify.globalg ability to lead and influence diverse cross-functihirify.globalal teams across different geographical locatihirify.globals.
  • High level of strategic judgment regarding technical trade-offs between innovatihirify.global and commercial scalability.
  • Genuine passihirify.global for trails and a drive to create high-performing footwear products.
