What you will do

• Design and operate full-stack solutions and APIs for high-scale B2B commerce partnerships across APAC.
• Localize portal features to ensure seamless integration with regional payment and distribution standards.
• Utilize LLMs and AI tooling to generate production-grade code and implement agentic AI systems.
• Develop and maintain gRPC and REST-based microservices for real-time travel inventory and fintech ancillaries.
• Collaborate asynchronously with global stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Iterate on scalability and performance improvements for B2B travel ecosystems.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with React and TypeScript for complex e-commerce environments.
• Proficiency in Scala and distributed systems or a strong desire to apply functional programming.
• Must be based in South Korea as an Independent Contractor (Freelancer).
• Hands-on knowledge of GCP and cloud-native practices, including data residency management.
• Adeptness with AI-driven development workflows and LLMs.
• Commercial mindset focused on APAC regional product-market fit.
