Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Build and own internal systems for the GTM organization, covering the lifecycle from lead flow to customer expansion.
• Translate GTM strategy and business problems into scalable technical solutions and system architectures.
• Design and develop AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and execution across the GTM motion.
• Rapidly prototype new ideas using AI-assisted development tools like Claude, Cursor, and Codex.
• Maintain integrations across core GTM systems using APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize, scope, and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining high-quality software systems from prototype to production.
• Must be based in the USA (E-Verify employer).
• Deep experience with AI-native development workflows (Claude, Cursor, Codex).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.
• Experience building and integrating systems using APIs, MCP, CLI tools, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Strong understanding of version control and CI/CD practices, specifically GitHub Actions.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, or BI platforms.
• Experience building browser extensions or developer productivity tools.
• Active contributions to open-source AI tooling or developer communities.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
