Location: Hybrid (Netanya, Israel) — 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Design and develop optimization algorithms that drive global business KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to research and deploy end-to-end solutions at scale.
• Own the full optimization lifecycle, from initial analysis and development to delivery and monitoring.
• Analyze performance metrics and A/B tests to provide actionable insights to business teams.
• Use exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and trends in a complex big data environment.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business to deliver high-impact solutions for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Analytics, Statistics, or Data Science.
• BSc in Data Science, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Netanya, Israel.
• CV must be submitted in English.
