Location: Hybrid (Nicosia, Cyprus). Must be based in or be able to relocate to Nicosia.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project goals.
• Participate in the analysis, design, and evaluation of technical requirements.
• Develop clean, scalable, and efficient code primarily using Go.
• Implement new microservices and maintain existing systems.
• Perform unit, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing scalable and reliable backend services.
• Proficiency in Go, Ruby, Python, C++, Java, or Kotlin.
• In-depth knowledge of databases and messaging systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Location: Ability to work on-site in Nicosia, Cyprus.
