What you will do

• Act as strategic partner and advisor to managers and team leads on people-related decisions.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable plans and implement solutions for challenges.
• Lead employee development initiatives, training programs, and internal growth opportunities.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding across various positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, build strategies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain and manage candidate pipeline using ATS like Comeet.

Requirements

• 4+ years as HRBP in high-tech company
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in technological B2C environment
• Strong consulting and communication skills with trust-building and managerial courage
• Tech-savvy with experience in Comeet or similar ATS
• High proficiency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Management (Master’s an advantage)
