What you will do
- Act as strategic partner and advisor to managers and team leads on people-related decisions.
- Translate organizational goals into actionable plans and implement solutions for challenges.
- Lead employee development initiatives, training programs, and internal growth opportunities.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding across various positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, build strategies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and manage candidate pipeline using ATS like Comeet.
Requirements
- 4+ years as HRBP in high-tech company
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in technological B2C environment
- Strong consulting and communication skills with trust-building and managerial courage
- Tech-savvy with experience in Comeet or similar ATS
- High proficiency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Management (Master’s an advantage)
