What you will do

• Develop creative social media content ideas and campaign concepts aligned with brand strategy.
• Plan and manage day-to-day social media content publishing across key platforms.
• Monitor trends and cultural moments to identify content opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports with key metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with creative, design, and content teams for timely asset delivery.
• Maintain client communication, manage relationships, and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in social media management, preferably in an agency
• Strong creative thinking for engaging content ideas
• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Experience in social media analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides)
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
