Social Media Executive (Marketing)

Location: Cairo, Egypt; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Develop creative social media content ideas and campaign concepts aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Plan and manage day-to-day content and publishing across key social platforms.
• Monitor trends and cultural moments to identify relevant content opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports, analyze key metrics, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Create presentations for strategy proposals, reports, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with creative, design, content, and client teams to deliver assets and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
