Location: Must be locally located (only considering local Arizona talent) and comfortable working a 3 days in office hybrid model

What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise cybersecurity solutions to safeguard networks, computer systems, and data elements.
• Configure and monitor security tools including SIEM, WAF, Zero-Trust, IAM, MFA, EPP, SOAR, and DLP.
• Set the overarching strategy for enterprise cybersecurity and integrate risk management best practices.
• Collaborate with business executives to provide visibility into security risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead security operations support, incident management, and oversee a team of security engineers.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for IT teams and business units regarding cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Must be located in Arizona; not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10+ years of progressive technology experience with at least 5 years in a cybersecurity leadership role.
• Minimum certification of CISSP or CompTIA Security+.
• Proficiency in automation scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience in regulated industries with compliance knowledge of SOX, PCI, NIST, ISO, and SOC 2.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Nice to have

• Additional security certifications such as GSEC, OSCP, or CISM.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI report building and advanced Excel.
