What you will do

• Collaborate with matrix team of engineers, product managers, project managers, and solution consultants to lead implementation efforts.
• Manage customer contacts across sales, configuration, data migration, development, professional services, support, and project teams.
• Work closely with customer project teams to deliver implementations successfully and on time.
• Lead customer relationships with regular on-site visits during implementation.
• Manage issues and enhancements by coordinating with appropriate hirify.global team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical field (engineering, software, or related)
• Experience providing large-scale software implementations for financial services customers
• Excellent communication skills to present to managers, clients, and public
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and technical challenge resolution skills
• Team player with positive attitude in high-pressure situations
• 20-25% travel as required by customer and implementation cycle
