What you will do

• Monitor metrics, analyze sentiment, and report on trends
• Plan community events, promotions, and campaigns for loyalty
• Manage influencer and ambassador relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in community management or social media marketing, preferably in sports or entertainment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, YouTube) and analytics tools
