Titan is building the AI platform for banking, creating secure gateways to AI models, banking-reasoning models, and configurable agents for lending, compliance, underwriting, and operations.

What you will do

• Architect agent frameworks for multi-step reasoning across data sources
• Collaborate with enterprise clients on reasoning needs, workflows, and tool integrations
• Design planning and decision-making loops integrating retrieval, tools, and APIs
• Implement multi-hop reasoning, synthesis, and constraint-based problem-solving
• Structure retrieval outputs for optimal reasoning and evaluate agent performance
• Guide engineering teams on orchestration platforms and maintain reusable templates

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems or complex orchestration flows
• Deep understanding of reasoning patterns like chain-of-thought, self-critique, reflection loops
• Proficiency in Python and agent frameworks (LangChain, PydanticAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel)
• Strong grasp of LLM integration with tools, APIs, and knowledge bases
• Ability to translate client requirements into modular reasoning flows
• Excellent communication for cross-functional and client-facing collaboration
