What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architect teams to define customer use cases and success criteria.
• Plan and execute the deployment of sensors, focusing on network architecture and integration.
• Tune and optimize the hirify.global Platform to meet customer objectives and ensure continuous availability.
• Develop workflows and content based on client value propositions and use cases.
• Provide troubleshooting, break/fix support, and knowledge transfer to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate platform upgrades and patches, and communicate feature roadmaps to clients.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
• 3+ years of experience in ICS/OT; Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, and ICS protocols.
• Proficiency with Linux command line, Docker, and scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
• Experience with SIEMs and managing on-premise/cloud software solutions for enterprises.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
