What you will do

• Analyze product requirements to create structured test cases and scenarios.
• Test internal CRM systems, focusing on business logic and data accuracy.
• Validate email campaigns and push notifications, ensuring correct triggers and segmentation.
• Perform manual functional, regression, UI/UX, and smoke testing for web applications.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and Swagger for both positive and negative scenarios.
• Utilize DevTools to inspect network requests, logs, and console errors for deep issue analysis.
