Reporting Specialist (Excel) (Fintech): Own accuracy of client applications across asset classes and clients, parse legal agreements to create source of truth for engineers and product managers as part of product implementation. Focus on managing operational processes to onboard clients, coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Legal teams.

Location: Kraków/Remote applicable in Poland, Latam, MD/RO

What you will do

• Own accuracy of client applications across asset classes and clients
• Parse legal agreements and create source of truth for engineers and product managers
• Work closely with Product and Engineering team leads
• Manage operational processes to onboard software clients, coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Legal

Requirements

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert status in Excel

Nice to have

• 2–4 years of FP&A, asset backed lending or debt capital market experience
• Hands-on experience with VBA and macro automation
