What you will do
- Oversee all production phases from initial concept development through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.
- Build and manage production budgets, track spending, and lead vendor negotiations and contract processing.
- Create and maintain comprehensive production documentation, timelines, and milestones using project management tools.
- Coordinate collaboration across creative, operations, and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment.
- Lead meetings with senior stakeholders and partners, translating complex production challenges into practical solutions.
- Support and mentor production coordinators or junior staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event production, live entertainment, or experiential marketing.
- Fluency in English and Japanese (Native or Business level).
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of production logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Experience managing contracts and production budgets.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Gantt charts.
