What you will do

• Perform weekly analysis of game sales, monetization metrics, retention KPIs, and recommend UX optimizations for in-game and web stores.
• Propose and plan LiveOps campaigns, promotions, offers, and design A/B tests for pricing and strategies.
• Partner with customers to identify DTC revenue opportunities, execute transition plans, and support onboarding and integrations.
• Proactively identify upsell opportunities, guide AI adoption for LiveOps/CRM, and contribute to retention strategies.
• Act as internal advocate for customers, collaborating with Product, Data, Engineering teams on tailored solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in mobile/F2P games as Game Producer, Executive Producer, LiveOps/Monetization Specialist, or Product/Data Analyst with decision-making.
• Proven experience with LLMs or GenAI tooling.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL.
• Strong statistical reasoning and data-driven decision making from complex datasets.
• Ability to draw actionable business insights.
• Familiarity with DTC commerce or CRM tools in gaming.

Nice to have

• Experience using Python for data analysis (pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn).
• Proactive, independent thinker and clear communicator.
