What you will do

• Support recruitment across UAE business while maintaining high talent standards and efficiency.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
• Establish core HR processes for employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, and retention.
• Partner with leadership to define organizational structure, roles, and reporting lines.
• Build HR policies aligned with UAE labor law and manage employee relations.
• Oversee HR operations like payroll, benefits, and compliance while driving high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in HR with focus on talent management and organizational development
• Experience in high-growth or scaling environments
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience building or formalizing HR processes and systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
